Images, transcribed recordings, drawings and checkboxes can be added to the note by clicking the + icon located at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

In Google Keep, you get the chance to assign different color codes to your notes. The option for this can be accessed from a slide-up menu whose option is located on the bottom-right corner of the screen. Other options available in this menu include delete, make a copy, send, collaborator and labels. The send and collaborator options can help you in sharing your notes with others and inviting them to collaborate on the note with you respectively. Labels option is for classifying the note so that it can be searched for easily later on. With this note taking app, you get the chance to add reminders to each of your notes. You will need to click on the reminders icon located on the top bar of the screen in order to add a reminder to a note.

The note that has been created most recently is shown at the top while the other notes are listed according to the time they were created. You can pin a note to get it ahead of the rest by clicking the pin icon located on the top bar of the screen. You can search for the notes you have created by clicking the search icon that is provided on the top bar of the home screen of this note taking app. Google Keep syncs all the notes immediately across all your devices so that they are always within your reach.
